Listing Description:
This is a small, one and a half story rectangular plan building with a front enclosed porch of rug-finish brick posts and walls with a row of brick soldiers at the upper portion of the post and on the front lower wall.  The rear porch has been enclosed with windows and infilled with wood.  The front door is a replacement within the porch and a single oversized window is at right. The foundation is of rock-faced cast block. The building is sided with wavy edged asbestos.

The house was constructed about 1895 - it appears on the 1898 Sanborn Fire Insurance maps, but not on the 1891 map. In the 1909-10 New Albany City Directory it was home to Mrs. Fannie Volz. By the 1919-20 Directory, Jennie Nuller was the occupant.

The property's judgment number is 22-CO1-1705-MF-000721. With this number you can visit the Clerk's Office in the City-County building and enter it into their computers to find the judgment owed on the property. This is public record.
